We are proud to offer this unique item that is manufactured by John Sinton at our location. John has been making wood produces for Japanese Embroidery for 20 plus years. He is a master woodworker with decades of experience on many types of projects, including furniture, tool for Japanese embroidery, cabinets, boxes, etc.

John modeled this stand to accept the Japanese Embroidery Frame sold here and by other stores. All stands are made with high quality hardwood, sanded to a smooth surface and finished with either wipe-on varnish or water based sprayed varnish. Leg length is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of user positions. Special design features insure that the stand can take a lot of wear and tear and weight across the top of the stand. The entire stand (shown assembled in the pictures) can be disassembled for shipping either in a suitcase or box. Two crossbars are provided so that the stand can be used with both standard sized (29 1/4") and large sized (40") Japanese Embroidery frames. Assemble is accomplished with just a few tools (screw driver and two socket sizes).

Prices vary by the type of wood. Only Ash stands are in stock most of the time. All others are made to order, so if your preferred wood is “OUT of STOCK” just call us. It is possible to custom order a stand made of one specific wood or a combination of woods, in which case we will provide a price quote. 1. USPS Parcel Select Ground shipping time can be a week or more but it is not guaranteed. This is the DEFAULT. It is based solely on weight so the next option might be more or less expensive.

2. USPS Priority 1-3 day.

We ship as quickly as possible but do not guarantee that the package will be delivered to the USPS the same day it is ordered.
