This is a tool used but Japanese Embroidery students to hold a single Koma for gold work. The Koma-Dai (Koma Table) is a small platform/table that sits on a warp bar of a Japanese Embroidery frame and supports a Koma. Students of Japanese Embroidery should be familiar with the Koma. Our Koma-Dai about 3 by 4 inches with pegs to hold it onto the warp bar. The pegs are space for a 1” thick warp bar which is the thickness used in our Japanese Embroidery frames. Other frame makers use warp bars varying in thickness from 3/4” to just over 1” thick. Please contact us if your warp bars are thinner than 1”.
